WhatsApp’s new feature will disappear automatically after sending photo-video

Instant messaging app WhatsApp is working on a new feature that is being shown as Expiring Media. Under this feature, if you send photos, videos and GIFs to someone, they will disappear automatically after being seen by the receiver. Notably, WhatsApp has been working on a feature called Expiring Message for some time now. This will be a timer based feature and the message will disappear with time. At first glance, the Expiring Media feature also seems to be part of the Expiring Message. WABetainfo, a website that monitors WhatsApp’s features, has shared some screenshots in which a special button for Expiring Media can be seen. From this screenshot, it can also be estimated that a dedicated icon will have to be used when sending media content for Expiring Media. You can choose Expiring Media when sending videos, photos or GIF files. After this, the person you send will disappear as soon as you see it. Let me tell you that Instagram already has such a feature, even before Instagram, there are many applications that have this feature. In a direct message from Instagram, you can send photos and videos of anyone who has disappeared. WAbetinfo said the feature is currently being tested for Android. It is expected that the company will announce this feature to the public with an Expiring Message.
