The country’s first corporate train Ahmedabad-Mumbai Tejas Express Now it will also stand on Mumbai’s Andheri station. Indian Railways’ PSU company IRCTC has blamed Corona for halting the train at Mumbai’s Andheri station. It has been decided to shift this premium train to Holt Andheri station so that many passengers do not have to travel much longer due to Corona virus. On arrival from Ahmedabad, the train will stop at Mumbai’s Andheri station at 12.41 pm. While returning from Mumbai to Ahmedabad, the train will stop at Andheri station at 15.58 pm. Earlier, the halt of Tejas Express was at Nadiad, Vadodara, Bharuch, Surat, Vapi and Borivali stations.

The Tejas Express will run from October 17

After being canceled for about 6 months, the private train is getting ready to run on the tracks again. These trains will be run again from October 17 before the festive season i.e. Dussehra, Diwali. Booking of tickets for Tejas train has started.

Fare from Ahmedabad to Mumbai route

The fare for an executive chair car between Ahmedabad and Mumbai is Rs 2,384. These include base fare of Rs 1875, GST of Rs 94 and catering charge of Rs 415. So the fare for an AC chair car will be Rs 1298. These include basic fare of Rs 870, GST of Rs 44 and catering charge of Rs 375. The fare for an executive chair car between Mumbai and Ahmedabad is Rs 2,374. This includes basic fare of Rs 1875, GST of Rs 94 and catering charge of Rs 405. So the fare for an AC chair car is 1274 rupees. This includes basic fare of Rs 870, GST of Rs 44 and catering charge of Rs 360.
