WandaVision gave us a huge reveal last time out but when is the release time for episode 6? When is the next episode on Disney Plus?
WandaVision always promised to be a wonderfully weird show and after five episodes, it’s proven to be just that and more.
The series began airing on Disney+ on January 15th, 2021 but not all episodes have been released at once.
Instead, only five episodes have been released at the time of writing, leaving fans to ponder the release time and date for WandaVision episode 6.
WandaVision on Disney+
WandaVision premiered on Disney+ on January 15th, 2021.
Thanks to the Covid-19 pandemic, it is the first release in the Marvel Cinematic Universe since Spider-Man: Far From Home in July 2019.
The series centres on Wanda Maximoff and Vision, placing the two Avengers characters in a period sitcom setting, with each new episode taking place in a new decade.
However, while Wanda and Vision’s lives seem perfectly happy to begin with, not everything is as it seems.
Episode 6 release time
- Episode 6 of WandaVision arrives on Disney+ on February 12th at midnight Pacific Time in the US.
Just like with The Mandalorian, new episodes of WandaVision will release weekly on Disney+.
On top of that, new episodes will arrive at the same time around the world, midnight PT.
This means that fans hoping to catch the new episode as soon as it releases can tune in from 3am ET in the US, 8am here in the UK, 1:30pm in India and 7pm in Sydney, Australia.
Last time: Episode 5
After beginning in joyous fashion, WandaVision’s sitcom style is quickly transforming into one heck of a mind-bending mystery.
After episode 4 saw Monica, Darcy and Jimmy begin to investigate the Westview anomaly and how Wanda seemingly created a TV show for herself and Vision, episode 5 took our minds and blew them wide open.
The episode starts with Wanda and Vision looking after their newborn twins who are ageing years at a time. Billy and Tommy sneak a dog into the home but are allowed to keep it after Agnes brings a kennel round and suggests the name Sparky.
Tensions grow between Wanda and Vision when Wanda almost reveals her powers in front of Agnes but matters are made even more confusing later on when Agnes asks if she needs to repeat a line, revealing that she knows she’s in a TV show. WHAT?
At work, Vision breaks through to his co-worker, Norm, learning that he’s being painfully controlled, seemingly by Wanda and back at home the two get into an argument before there’s a knock at the door.
The episode ends with the show’s biggest reveal so far. Wanda’s brother Pietro, who died in Age of Ultron, returns out of the blue but he’s not being played by Aaron Taylor-Johnson. Instead, it’s Evan Peters, the actor who played Quicksilver in the recent X-Men films. WHAAAAT?!?!?
WandaVision is available to stream now on Disney+ after premiering on January 15th, 2021.
