Farmer Despite the demands of leaders and agricultural experts, the money of Pradhan Mantri Kisan Samman Nidhi Scheme will not increase. The Modi government has made that clear in the Lok Sabha. Replying to a written question from MP Maluk Nagar, Union Agriculture Minister Narendra Singh Tomar said there was no proposal to increase the two-day amount to the beneficiaries of the scheme. This means that at present you will get only Rs 6,000 per annum. Many experts are demanding Rs 24,000. So that the condition of the farmers can be improved.

The Modi Government has started a private scheme for farmers. The most effective of these is the Pradhan Mantri Kisan Samman Nidhi Yojana. Because there is no possibility of corruption. For the first time since independence, money is sent directly to farmers’ bank accounts. None of these officials or leaders can scam money. So now agricultural experts are demanding an increase in this amount so that the situation of food givers can be improved. Agriculture experts believe that it is not profitable to give money directly to farmers and some corrupt leaders and officials chow money in the registers.

The PM Kisan scheme has nothing to do with crop loss

Tomar says the plan has nothing to do with factors affecting agriculture or crop loss. The scheme provides income support to farmers. In fact, the MP asked if the government could increase the amount in view of crop losses in Kovid-19 and lockdown. It may be mentioned that according to the 2016 Economic Survey, the annual income of a farmer in 17 states of the country is only Rs 20,000. If this income is to be increased then the amount of assistance given directly has to be increased. The condition of the farmers has worsened during the Koro period.
