Supernatural season 15 episode 19 recap

It’s revealed that Chuck wished for the Winchesters and Jack to inhabit an Earth void of life as a result of their failure.

Jack then leads the Winchesters to Michael and he tells them that Adam is gone and agrees to help. However, he’s unable to open Chuck’s Death book and Lucifer emerges to claim he has been summoned to help them kill God.

In order to gain access to the book, Lucifer kills Betty – a Reaper – so she can read it but it’s then revealed that God sent Lucifer to bring the book back.

Grappling with one another, Michael succeeds in killing Lucifer and the Winchesters are betrayed by Michael, who is then murdered by Chuck.

Jack then drains Chuck’s power and we learn that he had gained the ability to absorb energy from that around him. This power allows him to drain God.

As for Chuck, they spare him and let him live as a mortal.

Jack returns the world to its previous state and then leaves.
