According to media reports, Iran has become the third country after India-US to enter Pakistan and carry out a surgical strike inside Pakistan. Iran has rescued two of its soldiers who were abducted three years ago in a surgical strike targeting terrorist hideouts. Iranian soldiers were abducted three years ago in southwestern Pakistan by the Jaish-e-Alad terrorist group.
According to reports, Iran invaded Pakistan and carried out a surgical strike on the night of February 2. Iran had not previously informed the Pakistani military of the action. On February 3, Iranian troops called their mission a success and announced the release of their troops. The Jaish-al-Alad terrorist group is active in southwestern Pakistan and it is believed that the Iranian army may have carried out a surgical strike in the area.
The group continues to carry out attacks in southeastern Iran. Who attacked a bus carrying Iranian soldiers in the area in February 2019. The attack killed several Iranian soldiers and wounded dozens. In October 2018, the terrorist organization abducted 14 Iranian soldiers. The incident took place on the Mirzaveh border in Iran’s Sistan-Baluchestan province. Of which 5 soldiers were released a month later.
India-US have invaded Pakistan and carried out the operation
Iran is the third country to have a surgical strike in Pakistan. Before Iran, the United States invaded Abbottabad, Pakistan, on May 2, 2011 and killed al Qaeda chief bin Laden. After which India launched a surgical strike in September 2016. After the Pulwama attack on 14 February 2019, India carried out an air strike in Balakot on 26 February of the same year. Iran has thus become the third country to infiltrate and attack Pakistan.
