Mumbai: It has been more than three months since Bollywood actor Sushant Singh Rajput passed away, but the country’s three largest investigative agencies have yet to find an answer to the question of whether the actor committed suicide or was killed. Advocate Vikas Singh of Sushant’s family has expressed displeasure over the delay in getting investigation and justice.
Advocate Vikas Singh tweeted that frustration is now taking place over the delay after the CBI’s incitement of Sushant to suicide led to murder. The doctor who took part in the AIIMS team told me that the pictures I sent them told me that this was a case of 200 percent strangulation, not suicide. ”
Getting frustrated by the delay in CBI taking a decision to convert abetment to suicide to Murder of SSR. The Doctor who is part of AIIMS team had told me long back that the photos sent by me indicated 200% that it’s death by strangulation and not suicide.

On the other hand, AIIMS forensic chief Sudhir Gupta said in an exclusive interview with the media on Vikas Singh’s statement, “The investigation is ongoing. What he is saying is not right. We just need to look further at the scar on the neck and the place of the crime to find out whether it is a murder or a suicide that is going on and there is no result yet.
When did Sushant die?
On June 14, 2020, Sushant Singh Rajput’s body was found hanging with a fan in his Mumbai flat. The case was earlier with the Mumbai Police, but it took a dramatic turn after Sushant’s father lodged an FIR in Bihar. Sushant’s father KK Singh made serious allegations against actress Riya Chakraborty. After which the case came into the hands of CBI. Which is currently under investigation.
