Kangana Ranaut to go to Bombay High Court to save her home, actress’s lawyer says


Mumbai: Bollywood actress Kangana Ranaut has decided to go to the Bombay High Court in a few days. Mumbai’s civil court has rejected his plea to save his house from collapsing, which is why Kangana is now knocking on the door of the Bombay High Court. Kangana’s lawyer Rizwan Siddiqui tweeted about this.

Replying to PTI, Rizwan tweeted that, yes, my client Miss Kangana’s application for interim protection filed for DB Breeze building has been denied in the court. We will now take the matter to the Bombay High Court.

The case began in 2018

Let me tell you, when Kangana Ranaut’s application was denied in Dindoshi Civil Court, neither the actress nor her lawyer was present. The case started in the year 2018 when BMC sent a notice to Kangana Ranaut about the house. The notice said Kangana had done illegal construction in her Khar apartment.

Kangana took action in 2019 in response to the notice. Now, after losing a legal battle to save the house, Kangna Ranaut is set to go to the Bombay High Court. Apart from this Kangana had recently won a case against BMC.
